Our swing garden proposes a time for a break; to encourage a little time to stop and socialize and/ or get one with nature, it also promotes meditation and mental health importance.
While we speak about the promotion of mental health, we also can't forget physical health which brings on brain and body stimulation and helps me introduce the yoga and painting studio.
