BA Fine Art
I’m graduating from Norwich University of the Arts with a BA in Fine Art. Throughout my time here, I’ve explored ideas around memory, identity, and the uncanny—shaped by an ongoing interest in hauntology and liminal spaces.
These themes have become central to my creative process, especially in how I approach portraiture. I’m drawn to the way the past lingers in the present, and how art can hold emotional weight, ambiguity, and reflection. Working mainly in oil painting and photography, I aim to blur the line between the real and the imagined, between presence and absence.
Looking ahead, I plan to keep developing this approach—using portraiture to explore how people can carry complex emotional states and become quiet vessels of cultural memory.
