BA Fine Art
I am a sculptor and soon to be trainee primary school teacher. My artistic practice is rooted in early childhood learning theories, exploring how tactile, sensory experiences can deepen understanding and engagement.
As I transition into teaching, I am excited to bring this approach into the classroom. My work combines sculpture, design and movement to create interactive environments that encourage exploration and imagination – qualities I believe are vital in young learners. I see art not only as a subject in itself, but as a powerful tool to support learning across the curriculum.
I am passionate about creating inclusive, playful learning spaces where children feel confident to take risks, make connections, and discover through doing.
