With a focus towards print whilst studying BA Textile Design, my work typically has a distinct narrative communicated through a strong sense of visual imagery. This is informed by my love for research, to create stories with authenticity that others can connect with.

I enjoy exploring colour through print and material, combining both physical and digital print designs that are adaptable for a variety of contexts. Being awarded the prize for ‘Technical Expression’ by Ricamour, an Indian Embellishment company, during a collaborative live brief during BA3b.

My final major project, ‘A Hotel by the Sea’, embodies this approach, as an evocative print collection inspired by classic murder mystery novels- soon to be presented at New Designers 2024.

As my practise has developed during my time at university, an ambition to understand and empathise with people has become a rooted undercurrent in my projects. A valuable asset as I strive to enter the commercial design industry beyond graduation.
