BA Interior Design
As a designer dedicated to sustainability and social engagement, my work on the “Outgrow” project at Carrow House reflects a commitment to transformative design. By revitalizing this historic Victorian building, I aimed to honor its past while ensuring a sustainable future. The design integrates green technologies to achieve carbon-negative goals. Inspired by Norwich’s River Birch, the interiors blend organic forms with historical architecture, symbolizing growth and renewal.
Throughout my degree, I have worked as a landscape designer, enriching my understanding of harmonizing indoor and outdoor spaces. This experience has refined my skills and reinforced my mission to create cohesive environments. “Outgrow” demonstrates the power of thoughtful design in addressing climate change, supporting community development, and promoting a sustainable future. My work seeks to inspire and empower communities towards a more sustainable world.
