I’ve used my illustration degree to develop strong technical skills in drawing, and to create a practice based in thorough investigation and research. Working in both coloured pencil and digital collage, my work is tied together by a love of atmosphere, pattern and visual richness. Projects such as a collaboration with the Sainsbury Centre have allowed me to develop a specialism in bespoke patterns, where I create designs that capture the unique visual style of a building or place.

Similarly, in my coloured pencil work I capture character and likeness, combining portraits with botanical and architectural motifs to create a mysterious atmosphere. I would love to bring my bespoke patterns to more branding and visual identity projects, and to apply my pencil work to packaging and publishing.
