Madison Tveit
BA Interior Design
I have long been passionate about interior design, particularly how spaces express individuality through colour, artifacts, and style. My studies have deepened my appreciation for thoughtful design and its ability to transform environments and enhance everyday experiences. I am especially interested in how colour creates emotional connections between users and space.
My final project, Route Memory Care, explores adaptive reuse by linking four existing buildings into a cohesive environment for people living with dementia. A continuous walking path supports ease of movement, while colour psychology helps with orientation and creates an engaging, homely atmosphere.
As a designer, I am committed to creating functional, emotionally engaging spaces, with strong skills in CAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, and collaborative working.
