Mya Frost
BA Interior Design
I am a concept driven spatial designer with a strong interest in narrative, experiential environments, and research led design. My work explores how spaces communicate stories, evoke memory, and foster meaningful engagement. I approach every project through hand drawing as my primary method of enquiry, using sketching, atmospheric studies, and iterative diagrams to think spatially, uncover hidden narratives, and articulate ideas with clarity.
Across my academic projects, I have developed a design language grounded in cultural memory, sensory experience, and the layering of perspectives. Whether working at the scale of a city, an interior, or a small pavilion, I aim to create environments that invite discovery and encourage active participation. My final year project expands this approach by reimagining Norwich as a network of narratives shaped by tangible and intangible heritage.
